Our systems log what was requested and what the hardware reported back. Where there's no sensor, there's no status — we'd rather show you a blank than a confident guess.

Nothing in our systems is "verified" as a checkbox. It records who confirmed it and when, because equipment gets serviced and re-remoted and a stale yes is worse than a no.
